The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Team members are expected to deliver the best experience while building genuine relationships with our guests. The dealer is also responsible for monitoring and controlling a table in the pit to assure the delivery of guest service according to Isle Casino Waterloo standards, while maintaining the integrity of the table games. This position is responsible for learning and communicating the various policies and procedures required of the Table Games department staff. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members. Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for a designated table. Mains a constant awareness of activities of assigned table in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity. Controls and directs game in progress by dealing according to department procedures and maintaining game protection. Communicate any pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or other necessary team members regarding player information, Title 31 information, suspicious activity, possible intoxicated guests, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino. Assures high standards of guest service on assigned game. Utilizes and is receptive to on-the-job training for receiving adequate guidance, resources, and information for adequate job performance. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Performs other duties as assigned.
