Develops deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts with low-medium strategic complexity/priority. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Is a key relationship owner for a set of low-medium complexity/priority accounts, maintains and or increases revenue from existing accounts, and develops and implements go-to-market plans for assigned accounts. - Possesses a deep understanding of the range of client business environment and the challenges in their territory! - Proficient in all sales situations and the overall sales cycle. - Completes all Account Plans and ensures they are in use by all team members, with varying utility. Also maintains pipeline hygiene (including renewals and gross) in Salesforce. - Drafts annual price increase process and ensures effective price realization across all products and services. - Implements a simple sales process; interactions with customers will tend to be less complicated due to selling relatively standard offerings. - Has the customer lifecycle framework and ensures strong renewal execution, minimizing cancellations. - Interacts with industry peers with finesse; using jargon and relevant industry acronyms.
