ECHO is looking for a motivated Dealer Sales Specialist, in the Phoenix, AZ area to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent our brand, drive sales, and provide hands-on training and product demonstrations to dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users across your territory. Recent college graduates with a business degree or similar are encouraged to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on experience and qualifications. This role involves regular local travel and frequent overnight stays. Requirements

  • Some experience in field sales or product demonstrations is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with outdoor power equipment (trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers) or landscaping experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel with 1–2 overnight stays per week.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandising and brand presence across key accounts, regional accounts, and dealerships.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, delivering product demonstrations to commercial end users, municipalities, cities, and park districts.
  • Represent the company at national and regional trade shows, dealer events, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
  • Provide training sessions for dealers, accounts, and end users to drive product knowledge and sales.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to support programs that expand market reach.
  • Maintain company assets (vehicle, tools, computer, equipment) and safeguard confidential information.
  • Travel within your territory (1–2 overnight stays per week) using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve company goals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
