This position is supporting the maintenance and update of Policies, Procedures, Contracts, and other Dealer-related documentation to ensure brand compliance with the Dealer Agreement, State Franchising laws, and other internal AoA requirements/programs. Possible Tasks within this RoleProcessing and Supporting Franchising Transactions – 60% of time Drive the change process by reviewing dealer/Region proposals for open points, changes in ownership (including buy/sells), relocations, DBA changes, management changes, etc. Update and maintain accurate dealers records including Dealer Agreements, Addendums and other dealer-related documents Prepare reports and presentations for management on dealer actions & processes, as needed. Collaborate with Corporate Architecture Manager to generate/update Facility Addendums as needed, including tracking various Facility Addendum milestones Policy, Procedure, Internal and Legal Compliance – 30% of time Management of Audi’s Dealer Package Management System / Manage the transition of Franchising transactions to entirely online system Update and maintain policies and procedures in conjunction with VWGoA Legal to minimize risk to AoA and ensure compliance with relevant state franchising laws Collect and communicate Franchising best practices Manage and maintain Framework Agreements with major dealer groups, including distribution of monthly reporting Maintain Dealer Network representation in the Business Partner Due Diligence (BPDD) system Support Responsibilities – 10% of time Communicate specific transactional matters to internal stakeholders and state DMV agencies, as required Perform additional administrative duties, including submitting invoices and creating/sending monthly reports Maintain Dealer Agreement Ownership Tracking for the purpose of the annual Audi Dealer Agreement Accuracy Letters Maintain the Audi Dealer List and Audi General Manager List Qualification requirements5+ Years Experience
