Job Description The Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team by preparing and processing customer accounts, gathering and reviewing sales information, collaborating with other employees and listening to customers’ needs. The Sales Support Specialist addresses customer inquiries with a positive attitude. Assist customers with their car buying quest. Partnering with dealerships to connect clients with dealerships to meet their needs. Assist customers with the auto lending process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically six or more years of clerical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business function
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proven customer service/relations skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience with proven results
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in meeting sales goals
  • Call center experience with sales or banking sales preferred
