Wireless Masters is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, the representative will interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service, which is a priority at Wireless Masters.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- The ability to work on-site at our Alexandria, VA location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of the wireless industry.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service.
- Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services.
- Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements.
- Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
- Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned.
