About The Position

Leads all aspects of customer contact and customer service for auto lending products/services in assigned territory. Meets all assigned sales production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors
• Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel to achieve the production, efficiency and profitability objectives of the assigned area of responsibility.
• Promoting and selling organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory.
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
• Preparing periodic reports of customer activity, and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production.
