Dealer In Training
About The Position
Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino are looking for motivated individuals to train as Table Games Dealers. We are offering a free training program starting on April 20 2026, for selected candidates. Training will be conducted under the supervision of the Table Games Shift Manager and will cover Six Deck Blackjack, Double Deck Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, and Craps. Participants will be eligible for hire upon successfully completing Blackjack training and passing an audition. To be considered, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and meet the minimum age requirement—18 years old for employment at Paradise Casino and 21 years old for Quechan Casino Resort. Employment after training is contingent upon successful completion of the in-house training program and audition. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, random drug and controlled substance tests, and a background investigation, as well as obtain and maintain a gaming license.
