About The Position

The Dealer Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for driving sell-out performance of Goodyear, Cooper, and Roadmaster brands across an assigned dealer territory. They build strong strategic relationships with fleet customers, grow local book business, and implement solutions such as TPMS Plus, Tire Optics, and retread strategies to reduce total cost of ownership. The role includes securing new accounts, expanding share within existing accounts, and supporting dealers with training, government bids, and target account planning. Additionally, the manager partners closely with Commercial Account Managers to optimize stocking strategies and resolve inventory issues across dealer locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented market with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Basic proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, spreadsheets, and other sales technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts.
  • Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop strategies and supporting tactics aligned with Goodyear’s Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and deliver strong return on investment for both parties.
