Dealer Development Coordinator
About The Position
We are looking for a Dealer Development Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our dealer network across the Unites States. This role is critical in ensuring that dealers are connected and aligned with our company's processes and service standards. You will be responsible for coordinating training registration, system access, companies Assistance cases, and warranty support — acting as a key point of contact between our company and our network. This role requires a structured, process-oriented mindset and a strong service attitude.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience supporting internal processes or external partners.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured in task execution.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with respect for deadlines and adherence to process compliance.
- Candidates (excluding current employees) must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
- Employment sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with company systems or similar dealer diagnostic tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming assistance calls and ensure timely and appropriate follow-up.
- Track dealer training activities, ensuring all prerequisites and records are accurately maintained.
- Coordinate dealer system subscriptions, account setup, and access support.
- Provide first-line guidance on warranty-related questions and direct dealers to the appropriate company resources.
- Support the Senior Manager - Dealer Support with reporting, compliance monitoring, and administrative tasks related to performance.
- Serve as an operational liaison between the company and the dealer network.
