The Dealer Account Managers are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. This is a challenging, dynamic field position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement. The position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package, with motivated individuals able to earn up to and beyond a six-figure income. This is a full-time, remote-on-the-road position where Dealer Account Managers will educate and train current dealer partners, acquire new sources and contacts, manage sales activities and account development, and ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery. The role requires a consultative sales and management approach, with each manager overseeing their own dealer base to ensure understanding and success with the Westlake Program. Candidates should be highly motivated and dedicated, comfortable working in a field environment and traveling in a local market.
