About The Position
Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Deal Verification Clerk to join our auto finance division, Auto Credit of Virginia, in Newport News! This position is responsible for verification of all approved Auto Credit deals and collections responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma plus equivalent experience of one year in a collections and/or financial field.
Responsibilities
- Strips Auto Credit packet from a deal and submits funding sheet and deal folder to Accounting.
- Verifies all stipulations that are required and contingent to approval of the loan before funding the deal.
- Loads the deal in the Sales Log and Auto-Master systems.
- Authorizes funding of deal to Accounting once deal is verified.
- Scans all new files into cloud storage by assigned account number
- Assists with cashier responsibilities when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
