The Deal Strategy & Operations Manager is a strategic partner to our Sales organization, supporting Account Executives throughout the full deal lifecycle. In this role, you will guide the creation, evaluation, and execution of deals to help win business in a competitive market—while ensuring pricing integrity, operational efficiency, and revenue quality. You will lead the structuring of proposals and contracts, review and advise on pricing requests, and drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Accounting. You’ll ensure all deals are accurately configured, comply with revenue recognition standards, and reflect company policies and strategic objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, crafting compelling strategic narratives, and influencing key revenue-driving decisions. You will gain exposure to the full revenue lifecycle and play a direct role in accelerating sales velocity and improving win rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in deal strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience building executive-level presentations and sales collateral.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
  • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ, pricing models, or revenue workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
  • Interest in emerging product categories, monetization strategy, and GTM evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop strategic narratives, win plans, and deal positioning for high-value opportunities.
  • Own pre-call planning, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end deal orchestration.
  • Lead internal approvals and quarterback non-standard deals through Legal, Finance, Product, and other teams.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategy, discounting rationale, and proposal structuring.
  • Ensure deal compliance with policies, revenue recognition guidelines, and standard terms.
  • Create high-impact sales presentations, executive-ready materials, and professional-grade collateral.
  • Write compelling deal memos, RFP responses, competitive positioning documents, and strategic narratives.
  • Support AEs in crafting client-ready proposals that articulate value, differentiation, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure all deals are accurately modeled and configured in Salesforce.
  • Monitor deal financials, pricing proposals, and margin impact.
  • Track patterns in deal structure, pricing behavior, and customer requests to recommend improvements.
  • Drive process efficiency, reduce friction, and improve time-to-close through repeatable frameworks.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Leadership to enable timely approvals.
  • Influence GTM strategy with insights gathered from the field.
  • Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Pricing teams to shape roadmap and packaging decisions.
