About The Position

We are hiring for a Deal Execution lead to run the Pre-IPO SPV deal process. This cross functional role involves working with the team at MMM Securities to assist in the sourcing of Pre-IPO supply, working closely with distribution partners and Monark’s relationship managers to communicate deal terms and timing, and managing the deal due diligence process. This individual will coordinate closely with Monark’s product team to further automate the sourcing and due diligence processes.

• You are detail oriented, passionate about doing deals, and capable of managing a cross functional process across sourcing, due diligence and distribution.
• You obsess over organization and take pride in ensuring that no mistakes are made when completing tasks - no matter how small.

Nice To Haves

• Series 7, 79 or equivalent license is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the SPV deal execution process - including SPV formation, banking and distribution
• Work with distribution partners to address issues, fix errors, and ensure a seamless end to end process for Monark’s clients.
• Collaborate with Monark product team to implement and improve a scalable transaction process
• Collaborate with Monark legal team to document transactions
• Work with fund administrators to create and manage SPVs
• Work closely with MMM Securities LLC compliance on deal and counterparty due diligence
• Work closely with third party SPV managers to scale deal flow
