We are looking for a Deal Desk Senior Analyst with Salesforce and Contracts experience to assist us with our Pre and Post-Sale Deal Related Activities. This individual will work closely with the Finance, Legal, Partner, and Revenue team in a full-time role. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience within deal desk, sales operations, contract management, and/or related sales support
  • Knowledge of legal and commercial contract terms used in a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with G Suite
  • Experience with sales quoting tools (CPQ, Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Previous experience successfully partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Engineering
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, and have schedule flexibility during End of Month and End of Quarter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve Customer Contracts based on documented internal guidelines
  • Validate contract documents (quotes and sales orders) against Salesforce Account and Opportunity information
  • Ensure all deal approval requirements are met
  • Work closely with the Partners & Alliances team on deal structuring, sales orders and creating AWS Private Offers
  • Review and reconcile deals with the Accounting team
  • Own the Customer licensing setup and updates for all Closed Won and Churned Opportunities
  • Identify potential risks in deal proposals and suggest mitigating strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud Is required
  • Assist the sales team with our sales quoting tools (CPQ, Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Provide business pricing strategies, product knowledge, and analytical support to Sales for large, complex, or non-standard deals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM operations, including partner success handoffs, billing workflows, and revenue operations processes
