We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and process-driven Deal Desk Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales organization. This leader will oversee the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across quoting, contracting, pricing, and cross-functional coordination. The Deal Desk Manager will design, document, and continuously refine global processes, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to streamline workflows and remove friction from the sales cycle. As the senior member of the Deal Desk function, this individual will serve as the primary escalation point for deal inquiries, mentor junior team members, and help shape a high-performing Deal Desk team that enables Sales to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.
