Serves as a subject matter expert on deal structuring processes, policies, and operational tools. Duties/Responsibilities Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure and validate deal proposals. Monitor deal performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop and deliver training materials in collaboration with Sales Operations to educate sales teams on deal desk processes and best practices. Analyze reports on deal metrics, pipeline trends, and sales performance to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies in all deal-related activities. Act as a sales-facing expert on deal structuring, processes, and policies. Drive operational consistency by leveraging CPQ and related systems.
