The Deal Advisory practice is expanding, creating an opportunity for a Senior Manager to join their high-performing team. This role offers flexibility to work from multiple offices or remotely for the right candidate. The National Deal Advisory practice specializes in supporting M&A activities for Private Equity clients and strategic corporations across the US and internationally. Services include buy-side and sell-side due diligence, working capital assistance, merger integration and optimization, divestitures, and carve-outs. In 2025, the team advised on over 650 deals with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $25 billion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading engagement execution and be comfortable with both strategic discussions with executive leaders and detailed deal analysis. The firm seeks seasoned, expert, nationally acclaimed, and knowledgeable professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance or related business discipline
  • 10+ years within a professional services discipline
  • 7+ years of direct experience in Financial Due Diligence
  • Foundation in audit, financial reporting, or CFO responsibilities
  • Strong GAAP, data analysis/mining and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (expected <15%)

Nice To Haves

  • Big 4, National or large Regional CPA firm experience preferred
  • Advanced Degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred
  • Experience working with Private Equity groups preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements
  • Develop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target company executives
  • Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses
  • Identify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value and the purchase or sales price
  • Identify and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
  • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, our due diligence findings
  • Supervise multiple professionals and prioritize tasks, serving as a hands-on lead for engagements from inception to completion
  • Participate in performance reviews and new business development activities
