Job Summary The Deal Advancement Manager oversees the delivery of winning client-facing presentations for AMN, collaborating with sales, subject matter experts, and graphic designers to align messaging with client needs. This critical role is responsible for project management, content development, visual design, managing presentation software and tools, ensuring brand consistency, and evaluating presentation effectiveness. The role directly interfaces with all levels of Executive Management and thus requires polished communication skills and proven proofreading and editing competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
  • Experience working within healthcare, staffing and/or workforce solutions industries
  • Experience selling services and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manages the presentation development life cycle from receipt of presentation invitation through to final delivery
  • Establishes a presentation outline and schedule to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high degree of organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and timelines
  • Facilitates meetings with internal collaborators throughout the presentation life cycle to review proposal timelines and responsibilities, review presentation drafts, and conduct walkthroughs
  • Develops presentation deck using most relevant standard presentation slides
  • Serves as a strategic advisor to sales and executive teams, shaping clear and concise presentation narratives that reflect AMN’s value proposition and client-specific priorities
  • Partners with graphic designer to develop visually appealing and professional slides that align client-specific needs
  • Ensures all presentation materials adhere to established AMN brand guidelines and standards
  • Prepares and manages the draft cycle review process for sales and executive leadership, confidently and diplomatically guiding stakeholders toward cohesive narratives
  • Responsible for substantive editing of presentation content and graphics
  • Supports presenters with coaching on delivery, tone, and slide navigation to ensure confident client engagement
  • Reviews final presentation meticulously for accuracy, grammatical and spelling correctness, formatting, etc. to ensure high-quality and error-free presentations
  • Prepares final submission of winning presentation per client instructions
  • Maintains a library of standard presentation slides and templates for use companywide
  • Conducts and documents client research using client websites, third-party research sources, internal databases, and AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight development
  • Partners with leadership to gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of presentations to make improvements
  • Supports with additional projects as directed by the Senior Director, Proposals Management Solutions
