Job Responsibilities As a DC Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements Maintaining regular and reliable attendance Performing other duties as assigned Why Join Ferguson Enterprises? This is your chance to be part of something exceptional! - Pay Range: - $18.50 - $40.19 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. Responsibilities
