Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- A strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Responsibilities
- Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services
- Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support
- Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials
- Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring
- Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts
- Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment
- Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
- Performing other duties as assigned
