Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Previous experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities.
  • Conduct and document audits of the receiving and put-away processes, and assist with both internal and external audits.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, adhering strictly to established protocols and standards.
  • Guide quality assurance processes, tools, and quality standards with industrial teams to achieve flawless outcomes.
  • Develop and improve reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
  • Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
  • Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures, detailing results in the required format.
  • Coordinate data for technical documentation to enable the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies, crafting continuous improvement impacts.
  • Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance to support team and operational success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the team.
