Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Time management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to type at least 40 WPM

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence and communications
  • Welcome and vet visitors at the main entrance
  • Manage internal media and communications
  • Coordinate and manage office and building supplies
  • Coordinate meetings and travel itineraries
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Provide support and perform general administrative duties
