About The Position

abra is seeking for an Infrastructure & Application SQL Server DBA to manage and maintain enterprise SQL environments end‑to-end, including performance, availability, security, and development support under defined SLA requirements.
Hibryd model, Holon, Israel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA (Infrastructure & Application)
• Strong T‑SQL skills
• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring
• Experience with SQL Server installation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Backup and recovery experience
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• DWH / Report Server experience – advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases
• Monitor and optimize database and query performance
• Query tuning, indexing, and schema optimization
• Support development teams with data modeling and T‑SQL development
• User and permission management
• Troubleshoot database and infrastructure issues
• Install, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server environments
• Backup and recovery management, including DR testing
• Monitor availability and server resources
• DWH maintenance and report migration
• Preventive maintenance and project participation
