About The Position

As a Front of House Team Member, you will support the FOH team and ensure each guest receives their food order quickly and accurately and leaves with a smile. Position Type: Full-time and Part-time 6am - 2pm 9am - 4pm

Requirements

• Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
• Works in hot, cold, noisy and fast paced environment
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time

Responsibilities

• Serving guests with a positive attitude and a friendly smile
• Taking & delivering orders to guests
• Daily Cleaning of Restaurant
• Consistent Availability
• Adhering to Chick-fil-A Matteson's rules and regulations
