About The Position
Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client’s home. If you're a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with adequate training, you can also provide personal care services.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team
- Must have an active driver’s license and valid car insurance
- Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
- Must pass a background check and reference screening
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide transportation
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform meal prep and cooking
- Perform light homemaking/cleaning
- Provide dressing/grooming/personal hygiene assistance (if CNA/PCA certified)
- Assist with feeding (if CNA/PCA certified)
- Assist with ambulation (if CNA/PCA certified)
- Assist with bathing (if CNA/PCA certified)
- Assist with transferring (if CNA/PCA certified)
- Assist with toileting/incontinence (if CNA/PCA certified)
