About The Position

Advantage Solutions powered by Daymon is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This individual will be with us for 10 weeks (June 1st, 2026 through August 7th, 2026) Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Brand Strategy, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Retail. The Intern provides day-to-day and project support across multiple groups or business units as required by business needs Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Retail Teams, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Retail, IT, Supply Chain, and much more

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Applicants must be attending any accredited four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master’s or MBA program, in the United States
  • Applicants must be rising juniors, rising seniors, or working toward a graduate degree.
  • Applicants must be working towards a Business, Business related, or IT major. Some applicable majors are (not an exhaustive list):
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Food Science
  • Food Marketing
  • Agriculture
  • Retail Studies
  • Supply Chain
  • Logistics
  • Applicants need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Team building Skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading or assisting in the completion of business unit projects as assigned
  • Assist the business unit team with day-to-day work that covers activities across the division
  • Assist in developing new systems, reports, and analytics to support business unit needs
  • Audit/review documents submitted for completeness and accuracy
  • Work with others in the business unit group on initiatives aimed at process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
