Child Time Inc. is a locally owned and operated early childhood education provider in Salt Lake City, Utah, with over 30 years of experience nurturing young children. We offer high-quality childcare and preschool programs for children ages 3 months through 10 years across multiple locations, including our Avenues, Eastside, Second Avenues, and Cottonwood centers. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

Nice To Haves

  • CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
  • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
  • Engage with the children at their level
  • Track children’s progress and report to parents
  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
