As a Day Warehouse Supervisor (Mid Shift), you will lead daily activities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment. You’ll provide direction, coordination, and hands‑on leadership to ensure our operational goals are met safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and—ideally—slotting or AI‑driven optimization tools. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management capabilities required.
Knowledge of warehouse layouts, picking methodologies, and replenishment processes.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and other physical activity.
Ability to work extended hours during peak business periods.
Flexibility to work overnight, early‑morning, or late‑evening hours as needed.
Comfortable working at heights of 8 ft or more.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise frontline replenishment personnel to ensure all functions are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure team members follow all organizational, operational, inventory control, safety, and service policies and procedures.
Coach, train, and develop associates to support strong individual and team performance.
Establish productivity expectations, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for associate development and operational enhancement.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
Analyze inventory flow, demand, and forecasting data to determine optimal SKU placement.
Improve ergonomics and safety by positioning high‑frequency and heavy items at accessible levels.
Adjust item locations based on seasonal trends, new product introductions, and product affinities.
