As a Day Warehouse Supervisor (Mid Shift), you will lead daily activities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment. You’ll provide direction, coordination, and hands‑on leadership to ensure our operational goals are met safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and—ideally—slotting or AI‑driven optimization tools. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management capabilities required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse layouts, picking methodologies, and replenishment processes.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and other physical activity.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak business periods.
  • Flexibility to work overnight, early‑morning, or late‑evening hours as needed.
  • Comfortable working at heights of 8 ft or more.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise frontline replenishment personnel to ensure all functions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure team members follow all organizational, operational, inventory control, safety, and service policies and procedures.
  • Coach, train, and develop associates to support strong individual and team performance.
  • Establish productivity expectations, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for associate development and operational enhancement.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Analyze inventory flow, demand, and forecasting data to determine optimal SKU placement.
  • Improve ergonomics and safety by positioning high‑frequency and heavy items at accessible levels.
  • Adjust item locations based on seasonal trends, new product introductions, and product affinities.
