About The Position
The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas, floors 22-5 in each tower and perform simple maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- General cleaning skills
- Simple maintenance skills: painting, light mechanical, and electrical.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Common area (hallways/stairwells/lobbies) cleaning.
- Elevator cleaning
- Grounds cleaning.
- Office cleaning.
- Conference rooms cleaning
- Reporting of all equipment malfunctions to management
- Opening unit doors for vendors and watching them in units.
- Unloading trucks.
- Moving material.
- Storm preparation.
- Special events
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
