This position is for a Day Shift Production Operator, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including rotating weekends. The role is based in a year-round temperature-controlled, bright, clean manufacturing printing team-based environment. The hourly pay rate starts at $17.50+ DOE, with eligibility for a $0.50 hourly wage increase after 90 days.

Requirements

Entry level position. No experience required.
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records
Other duties as assigned.
