This position is for a Production Operator working 12-hour day shifts in a year-round temperature-controlled, bright, clean manufacturing printing team-based environment.

Requirements

Entry level position. No experience required
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records
Other duties as assigned.

Participate on improvement teams, recommending and implementing improvement ideas, and participating in training and other activities to keep up to date on processes, information, etc.
