What You'll Be Doing Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs Manage material handling, stockpiling, and load-out activities Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow all site safety policies and contribute to a strong safety culture What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues Reliable work habits and commitment to teamwork Ability to work invariable outdoor conditions Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, climb, and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Sufficient hand-eye coordination to operate equipment controls safely Ability to work in outdoor environments that involve dust, noise, and changing weather Capacity to enter and exit heavy equipment using ladders and steps Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
