If you are looking for work you will LOVE, read on! THE ROLE As a Part-Time Day Service Associate in La Crosse, you will support individuals with disabilities in our adult day services program. No two days will ever look the same in this position, if you are looking for a fun position where you can make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Ability to operate computer equipment; knowledge of various software packages

Responsibilities

• Lead groups through discussion and projects such as art, exercise and wellness, cooking, science, music, community inclusion, and more.
• Bring creative and exciting ideas to add to pre-made curriculums that will engage participants during group block.
• Work with 1 or 2 participants at a time to build specific skills or routines
• Assist with providing breaks, aiding in personal care and/or range of motion, cleaning, and more.
