Day Habilitation Services Facilitator (DHSF) supports the needs of the day hab team, stakeholders and colleagues who provide support to adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in collaboration with the Day Services Supervisors and Assistant Directors/ Directors. DHS Facilitator supports the administrative functions of the day habilitation program ensuring compliance with state and OPWDD regulations as well as agency policies and procedures. DHSF streamlines interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training for all day hab staff. DHSF assists with ensuring continuous coverage to maintain staffing ratios at program sites.
