About The Position

As a Day Service Site Supervisor, you will be a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be the vital link between great support and successful operations, coordinating and managing all program activities to meet every regulatory requirement. This role involves overseeing the hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals, coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals served, and maintaining accurate and compliant records of all operations. You will also act as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements. Requirements

• Proven time management and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services.
• Alternatively, 3 years of similar work experience can be substituted for education.
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR.
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals served.
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Oncall responsibilities to support the department/agency.
