Day Residential Supervisor Lancaster, MA | Pay: $24.00–$25.50 per hour | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Are you ready to make a real impact while advancing your career? DSP's are the heart of the work we do at RFK Community Alliance You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve their personal goals, as a DSP, YOU will be an essential part of the support we provide. Who We Seek A Day Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
- Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
- One year minimum residential experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
- Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
- Supervision of assigned direct care staff.
