In this role, you’ll ensure services run smoothly, support staff, and help our Individuals thrive. You’ll collaborate with Program Coordinators, lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers, and keep everything running efficiently. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with at least one year of experience in working with individuals with disabilities or at least four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Completion of a six-month introductory period is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff to deliver quality care
- Manage daily operations and meet program goals
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees
- Keep things organized, on track, and positive
