The person in this key role will supervise and manage a team of direct support staff in the Belmont area who facilitate high quality day programming for adults with disabilities within their community. Activities include volunteerism, employment, socialization, recreational activities and daily living skills. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the program and its services meets or exceeds Easterseals’ quality standards as well as that of the state and federal program certification standards.
