About The Position
Day Porter Wanted Hours: 5 Days Per Week Full Time Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay: $20 Per Hour + Attendance Bonus Location: Edgewood Rd NE and Collins Road NE near Fleet Farm
Requirements
- Be able to bend/lift 50 lbs
- Professionalism and customer service skills
- General maintenance knowledge
- Maintenance experience
- Janitorial experience
- Availability every Monday - Friday. 7am-3pm
- A criminal background check will be ran
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
- Light maintenance such as painting, changing light bulbs, light plumbing, drywall etc. Any handman requests.
- Cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Restroom sanitizing and stocking
- Monitoring, maintaining, organizing and stocking deliveries and office equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining plants
- Shoveling snow and applying salt when needed. Cleaning up sat/sand/wet floor messes from snow.
- Making and delivering coffee to employees.
- Maintaining, stocking and organizing snacks and beverages in break rooms and kitchens.
- Routinely cleaning out refrigerators and microwaves.
- Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for meetings or parties
- Completing projects requested of client.
- Breaking down and removal of cardboard and trash.
