Requirements
- Active nursing license in the state of MA

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and health oversight for program participants
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor health status and respond to medical needs
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with program staff, families, and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support individuals in achieving optimal health and independence
