About The Position

This direct support position is responsible for supporting individuals with developmental and other disabilities served through the Day Habilitation Services. This position is responsible for implementing participants’ Day Habilitation Service Plan (DHSP) objectives and documenting their progress. As a Day Hab Support Specialist – Level I you will identify and provide the support needed by participants to successfully become a part of the community and to participate in in-house activities according to each participant’s needs and wishes.

Responsibilities
