Eddy Senior Care (PACE) is seeking a Day Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant Day Center. What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Manage the daily operations of the Day Center, including personal care services, kitchen operations, and engaging activities. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with home care, therapy, transportation, nursing, social work, and medical teams to ensure seamless care delivery. • Drive Quality: Serve on quality assurance, safety, and infection control committees—implementing best practices that keep our participants safe and thriving. • Create Experiences: Oversee on-site meals, special events, volunteer programs, and activities that enrich the lives of our participants. • Empower Your Team: Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to care plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years' experience in related field OR ten years' experience in related field with supervisory experience. Eddy SeniorCare provides a comprehensive orientation and a supportive, team-based work environment. Pay Range - $30.00 - $40.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
