What We Do We are looking for a Sales Manager with demonstrated success driving revenue growth directly and through others. This Sales Manager will also have a strong analytical background, and a customer-centric attitude. In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives, training, coaching, sales forecasting, tracking sales team performance metrics and reporting data on a regular basis. Sales Managers do not typically have direct selling responsibility, however in some smaller areas the Sales Manager may have responsibility for key clients, but primary responsibilities MUST be managing a Sales Team. How You'll Contribute Lead a team of Sales Representatives within the financial services space: managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development. Develop and execute the sales strategy by leveraging best practice frameworks, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Clearly communicate the sales strategy, goals, sales targets and expectations. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local, regional and/or divisional marketing content to drive brand awareness to support sales strategy. Utilize a variety of accountability tools to assesses/evaluate and take corrective action when needed towards the success of the sales strategy and the execution predetermined expectations of the sales team. Actively recruit, retain and develop talent and hold employees accountable for results. Lead change, manage conflict and foster collaboration. Facilitate work and problem resolution between work groups and may lead cross functional/inter-departmental projects and/or process improvement efforts. Develop and modify policies and processes that impact team.
