About The Position

Databricks Practice Architect1 Role Purpose: We are seeking a business- and technically-focused leader to drive Jade Global’s Databricks practice. This role will focus on presales architecture, go-to-market strategy, market-ready offerings, and collaboration with ISV partners. The candidate will lead proposal development, RFP responses, and leverage strong Databricks experience to grow the practice and accelerate revenue. Business Growth Focus Build and launch Databricks offerings for Hi-Tech, HLS, and Manufacturing sectors Drive pipeline growth through ISV and strategic partner channels Expand net-new logos and upsell analytics services within existing accounts Lead presales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations Delivery Scope Delivery will initially remain under current onshore/offshore leads Potential to assume delivery leadership as the practice scales (confidential) Billability Expectation Target 25–50% strategic billability in Year 1 to maintain cost efficiency and client engagement Working at Jade Global Talented people are drawn to world-class organizations that offer outstanding opportunities, and Jade Global is an employer of choice for individuals around the world. Requirements

  • Strong Databricks expertise and hands-on presales architecture experience
  • Proven experience in developing market-facing offerings and GTM strategies
  • Demonstrated success in ISV partner collaboration
  • Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and driving analytics revenue
  • Excellent leadership, client engagement, and business development capabilities
