Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in technical support or database track operations.
  • Expertise in Control-M (scheduling and logs) and ServiceNow
  • Strong technical command of FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty
  • Solid understanding of DataStage for pipeline monitoring.
  • Functional knowledge of SQL (queries and subqueries)
  • Mandatory availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts covering CST hours
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor job scheduling and log analysis using Control-M
  • Handle incident and task management efficiently within ServiceNow
  • Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of data pipelines via DataStage
  • Execute secure file management and transfers using FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty
  • Support database operations by performing SQL select queries and subqueries
