We are seeking a skilled Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to own the reliability, performance, monitoring, and security of our database ecosystem across AWS RDS, Aurora, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production stability, improving database operations, strengthening governance, and supporting our shift toward real-time ingestion and a modern Data Cloud platform. You will work closely with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, InfoSec, and Data Governance teams to streamline database operations, improve observability, and maintain a secure, compliant environment. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex production issues, optimizing systems, and building long-lasting, scalable database practices.
