About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Database Marketing Manager with 2+ years of direct marketing experience to oversee on-property activations for our marketing campaigns at MGM Springfield. In this role, you will collaborate with the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively and align with our property marketing strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in direct casino marketing or related work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive knowledge of the casino industry, including administrative, marketing, casino operations, gaming regulations, and employee relations is preferred
  • Knowledge of Background segmented audiences, SQL, and Query

Responsibilities

  • Initialize and manage all direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence using campaign request forms.
  • Serve as the product owner for the Atrient kiosk platform, including promotion setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and manage coupons, adjustments, and promotions in Patron Management for on-property activations.
  • Review and approve campaign status reports to ensure timely execution of property campaigns.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients and internal teams; participate in status meetings as assigned.
  • Analyze campaign exposure reports to verify offers are created as per request forms.
  • Assist with regional promotional planning and implementation as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and meet departmental objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data access techniques, query languages, and database marketing systems.
  • Work with IT to address vendor-related issues (e.g., Atrient, Patron Management).
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
