The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Marketing Database area. The manager oversees the database function, ensuring the design, maintenance, and implementation of database management systems, and is responsible for the data integrity of the customer database. The position requires close collaboration with the Director to develop the property’s overall reinvestment strategy and manage database marketing requests and fulfillment of trackable offer campaigns related to advertising, events, promotions, entertainment, and sponsorships through various direct response marketing mediums. Additionally, the manager conducts market research, analyzes gaming industry trends, and utilizes local market dynamics to design direct mail programs. The role also includes budget management, customer service standards enforcement, direct mail production scheduling, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
