This role requires advanced analytical skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of curiosity. The Database Marketing Analyst will identify initiatives to increase customer loyalty and improve database performance, partner with marketers to craft campaigns and promotions, and create reporting to measure success. This role will build credibility with marketers across different functional areas and contribute to the resort’s culture of data-driven decision-making.
